It is used for the formation of slow gelling 3-D Life Hydrogels where it provides a cell compatible environment at pH 7.2. In conjunction with 3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 5.5) it is used to generate pHs of intermediate values to modify the gelation kinetics of fast gelling gels. APPLICATION: Used with other components of the 3-D Life Hydrogel System to establish 3-D cell cultures. QUANTITY: 600 µl. Sufficient for at least 6 ml 3-D Life Hydrogel.
